The planning commission unanimously recommended approval at its March 10 meeting subject to eight conditions, including a survey to confirm the manhole location and an easement adequate to accommodate the force main and proposed sewer main. Mr. Collins moved to approve the replat and Mr. Dickerson seconded; the board approved the motion by voice vote.
Next steps: the property owner must satisfy the conditions, submit construction plans for the sewer relocation or provide a letter of credit, and obtain city engineer approval before final plat recordation.
