Planning Director Ray presented the staff report, which included findings and a recommended conditional approval. The commission opened the public hearing, received comments, and Chairman Borisow closed the hearing.
Following that presentation and public comment, Commissioner Nielsen moved to table the item; Commissioner Darling seconded. The motion passed by roll call vote (Einspahr, Borisow, Landholm, Darling, Nielsen, Jaeger and Sawtelle voting in favor), 7-0. The minutes record that Commissioners McKay and Carlson were absent.
