Webster Groves council adopts two ordinances, confirms stormwater commission appointments

Council member Smith moved to approve the consent agenda, which passed on a unanimous roll-call vote. As part of consent business the council confirmed appointments to the Storm Water Management Advisory Commission: regular members Naen Ball, Missy Castro, Paul Wrights, James Rhodess and Steven Stumpf, and alternates Jordan Lucas and Matt Rudy.
Earlier in the evening the council had voted to hold a closed executive session pursuant to the statutory citation announced in the meeting; the body recessed to conduct that session and planned to reconvene afterward. The council also read a proclamation recognizing March 2026 as Women’s History Month and heard public comments on local flooding and civic engagement.
