City staff member Mr. Ericson told the council the project followed the usual public-improvement process: the council ordered a feasibility study, staff conducted public engagement and finalized the study, a public hearing was held where property owners testified, the council ordered the improvement and staff prepared plans and specifications. Ericson asked the council to approve those plans and authorize advertisement for bids so the project can move to procurement.
Member Anstad moved to approve Resolution 260333 and Member Luger seconded. Roll-call votes were recorded and the resolution passed with affirmative votes from Member Luger, Member Anstad, Member Joerger and Mayor Iverson.
