Staff said the revised schedule meets state requirements and explained the prior approval had limited Sunday hours because a neighboring church and associated school used to operate nearby — a condition that no longer applies because the church property was sold.
The board moved and voted to approve the amendment. The transcript records an abstention by Miss Chang and affirmative votes from other members listed in roll call.
At the hearing the applicant noted plans for a CRC inspection on May 5 and expected to open weeks after that inspection. The board did not place additional restrictions on the amended approval during the meeting.
