Staff said edits reflected recommendations from the prior meeting and included small language cleanups plus an expanded paragraph explaining purpose and intent for the public website. A motion to accept the changes was moved, seconded and approved without recorded opposition. Committee members asked that revised text be included in the meeting record and the public packet.
Committee members discussed that the vision will guide subsequent policy and action plans developed by the subcommittees and that staff will later refine specific measurable actions and timelines during implementation phases.
