Officials said the total local match from TIF is about $345,000 and that the project award exceeded the engineer’s estimate; trustees dispensed with the second reading and approved the resolution by roll call.
Community Development introduced and the board adopted a group of nuisance resolutions (2026‑31 through 2026‑34) declaring accumulated debris and excessive vegetation nuisances at specific addresses, certifying abatement expenses and directing they be placed on the June tax duplicate for assessment. Each resolution was adopted after the board moved to dispense with a second reading and recorded roll‑call votes in favor.
Trustees also heard brief departmental reports on parking enforcement, right‑of‑way paving permits, and upcoming community events. The meeting closed with an adjournment and a scheduled next meeting on April 29, 2026.
