Millville commission adopts more than 40 resolutions on appointments, contracts and budgets

Michelle PC; municipal auditor services to Bowman and Company LLP / PKF O’Connor Davies; bond counsel to Fleman Daniels Law; appraiser services to JP Bainbridge; tax-foreclosure counsel to Budwin, Ross, Roy and Lori PC; bankruptcy and collection counsel appointments; environmental counsel and engineering services to McManaman Scotland & Bowman and Montrose Environmental; occupational medicine services to Premier Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Associates; and other specialized contracts listed on the agenda.
The board also authorized administrative actions: designating signatures for fund disbursement, adopting a cash-management plan, setting meeting dates for 2026 and approving a temporary 2026 budget. Resolutions affecting property transactions included second amendments to purchase-and-sale agreements for properties identified by block and lot numbers, as noted in the agenda.
