Pavement marking: For the fiscal-year 2026–28 pavement-marking program, staff recommended awarding a three‑year contract to PK Contracting. The vendor’s first-year price is $38,337.50; the city had budgeted $40,000 for the year. Staff said AEW would provide contract administration; initial administrative estimates of $5,000 were revised down to about $1,500 per year after review. Council approved the contract award and contract-administration authorizations.
