Sandy Roof moved to add the item to the agenda, and Roof later moved to approve the resolution; Kevin Jerrells seconded the resolution motion. Debbie Mayfield moved to approve the actual agreement with the Transportation Cabinet and Craig Miller seconded that motion. Both measures passed on roll-call votes.
Court members noted the paperwork must be approved before the Cabinet signs off and emphasized the usual urgency and timing constraints of state-managed emergency projects.
