Staff introduced the application as a revision of an earlier two-building plan at 530 and 538 Poland Road. Jeff Amos and Jim Corbin of Terodine Consultants described a new layout with three buildings — each containing four units — served by a new private way, on-site parking behind the buildings, street trees, underground electric, a gravity sewer connection and a required fire hydrant.
