The Planning Commission reviewed a design‑review proposal for a new two‑story single‑family home and detached garage at 11908 Deo Drive and voted to bring the item back on consent for action.
Architect Richard Teronis said the house is proposed by the Galvin family, longtime Burlingame residents, and described the lot’s vacancy and disrepair. Teronis said the design uses a 'jewel box' boxed window detail and that the project meets primary design‑review findings. Commissioners complimented the house and asked only minor clarifying questions about header heights and façade details.
After deliberation, Commissioner Schmid moved and Commissioner Faf seconded returning the item on consent for final action; the motion passed on roll call. Staff recorded that this action is not appealable.
No public comments were received for this item at the hearing.
