Committee delays action on FY27 performance standards to gather department input

Staff and members agreed to seek more departmental feedback—especially from departments that had not been actively engaged this cycle—and to resume the conversation in the fall after departments have had a chance to review proposals. The committee ultimately moved for no action on R121 at this meeting, leaving the proposal out of the immediate budget‑book adoption and asking staff to refine measures with departmental input before returning the item to committee.
