At its Feb. 11 meeting, the Lowell City Council amended and adopted the agenda to add item 8A — a closed session under General Statute 143‑318.11(a)(6) to discuss personnel matters — and then approved the amended agenda by voice vote.
Council adopted Proclamation 01‑2025 recognizing February as Black History Month after a motion and unanimous voice vote; the proclamation called on citizens to observe appropriate programs and activities.
