Missoula council adopts FY2026 second-quarter budget amendments

Griffing said the resolution increases total city revenues by $242,033 and reduces budgeted appropriations or expenditures by $1,276,712; the slides presented to council (not printed here) detail the line-item changes by fund and department, including transfers and carryforwards for capital projects and contracts spanning fiscal years.
