Ordinance 1445 amends restricted parking zones for persons with disabilities; Ordinance 1446 updates loading zone designations; Ordinance 1447 revises time-limit parking spaces in schedule 4 of the borough code.
In consent business the council adopted a resolution authorizing appointment of one Class I police officer; accepted work and authorized release of the performance bond and acceptance of the maintenance bond for the Cape May County Open Space Program Crest Arts Pavilion site improvements contract; authorized purchase of a Kubota tractor under the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing program for Public Works; authorized resurfacing of tennis courts under Sourcewell for Public Works; approved annual sewer rates and minimum charges for calendar year 2025; and authorized payment of properly authorized bills. Each resolution passed on unanimous roll call votes (Mr Shiff, Mr Franco, Mr Caba voting yes).
