Commissioners approve routine agreements, airport procurements and opioid-settlement participation; postpone abatement hearing

The board also authorized staff to seek bids for a 1-inch asphalt finish coat on Back Road and Mountain Ridge Road (funding sources described as TIF/reserves as appropriate).
Airport staff reported bid openings for runway pavement maintenance and a rotary broom runway sweeper (a front-runner price of $851,952 was discussed as an FAA grant-funded procurement).
