Board approves consent agenda and directs staff to negotiate sale of district property with City of Inglewood

The Inglewood Unified School District Board approved its consent agenda by omnibus vote: human-resources items 7A1 through 7A6, educational-services items 7B1 through 7B17, business-services items 7C1 through 7C15, and Measure GG/facilities items 7D1 through 7D9. The board also approved the minutes of the Aug. 20, 2025 board meeting. No roll-call vote tallies were announced during the meeting; the presiding officer stated each block "are hereby approved."
In closed session the board reviewed proposals for disposition of district property at 11101 South Yukon Avenue (APN 4033-013-908). After review of seven proposals, the county administrator or designate was authorized to prepare and negotiate a purchase-and-sale agreement with the City of Inglewood based on the city's proposal; the finalized PSA will be returned to the board in open session for approval. The board also directed legal counsel to file an amicus brief in Vasquez Pomo v. Noom addressing immigration enforcement impacts on education, and staff reported approval of certain OAH and special-education settlements.
