Kenosha County board passes consolidated donation policy, approves license and routine business

Policy Resolution No. 4 (second reading) adopts a countywide Consolidated Donation Policy designed to standardize department practices, set approval thresholds, add financial and risk review safeguards, and increase transparency. Supervisor Ghents moved the resolution and Supervisor Nudo seconded; the measure passed unanimously.
Resolution 177, moved by Supervisor Belsky and seconded by Supervisor Morrissey, approved a probationary cabaret license for Packard Enterprises doing business as Great Lakes Dragway at 18411 First Street in the Town of Paris. Captain Brannen reported no objection following an ownership change caused by the former license holder's death; Mrs. Claire Henning will now appear on the license.
Clerk-read communications were referred to committees, including a 2025–2026 carryover and annual closeout and a State of Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs MG911 GIS grant referral. Claims were referred to Corporation Counsel. Supervisor Nez moved and the board unanimously approved the March 17, 2026 minutes. The board adjourned on a motion by Supervisor Decker, seconded by Supervisor Robinson.
All recorded roll-call votes in the transcript were unanimous; the clerk reported 18 supervisors present for votes.
