Staff said photographic documentation helps and that the commission was coordinating with the Select Board and DPW on a response.
McMarrow also raised questions about how a proposed town pay‑as‑you‑throw program might affect trash dumping and carry‑in/carry‑out expectations at the camp properties. Commission staff said the issue had been raised in other forums and that the Select Board meeting would be an opportunity to coordinate a response.
Next steps: staff will report the resident’s photos to appropriate departments and place the issue on the Select Board agenda for April 14; the commission indicated it will follow up with DPW and Recreation.
