Council members asked about construction details (roughly 30 inches above ground at the door, about 2 feet wide and 13½ inches deep, with two shelves) and paint choices; the council encouraged the troop to choose a colorful design and suggested the town could help with placement if needed. "We have cameras there, so if we had any problems... we can move it somewhere else," the Town Council President said.
