Council members moved and seconded each measure, opened the required public hearings (no members of the public spoke) and carried each ordinance by roll‑call vote.
The consent agenda (resolutions R133‑25 through R143‑25) passed on the same unanimous vote. Items include a land‑lease authorization to AT&T for space adjacent to the municipal monopole (R133‑25); a boundary and easement agreement with a neighboring property owner (Trilling, R134‑25); authorization of a shared‑service water sale with Ridgewood for a 10‑year term (R135‑25); and engineering and funding steps related to the lead‑service replacement program (R139‑25 and R140‑25). The council also awarded the contract for police scheduling and extra‑duty management software (R143‑25).
