Teacher testimony: Marie Fay Bowman (elementary ELA TOSA) told the board her students in the pilot “scored a three or higher” on a district measure and described social‑emotional benefits when students cheered each other during group activities. Dr. Amanda Lynch said her students rose “on average two reading levels” after five months of use at her site; other classroom teachers said EXL helped them deliver small‑group and individualized instruction efficiently.
