Senate refers H.410 on recidivism measures, forwards health commissioner nomination and adjourns until April 14

The motion to adjourn carried and the Senate recessed to the stated date and time.
Before leaving, members made brief announcements that the Senate Finance Committee and the Government Operations Committee would meet at 1:00 p.m., and the session closed with informal remarks from members.
