Planning commission backs public easement on Mosquito Lake School road

A commissioner said the borough has in the past done selective logging on adjacent borough lands and that upgraded access could support recreation and managed uses; commissioners did not add further official conditions and voted by voice to recommend the assembly approve the easement.
