Stockton Unified board approves audit, multiple contracts, and routine resolutions; votes recorded

- Resolution 2440 (support for San Joaquín child‑savings accounts, “Count Kids”) — motion approved (vote recorded in transcript). - Second readings and approvals of policy annexes (E61, E400 and related items) — motions approved with recorded votes. - Procurement and contract approvals including the purchase of two vehicles for safety/emergency services; food distribution contract; temperature‑monitoring systems for the nutrition department; and change orders/agreements for synthetic turf and facility design contracts at Edison and César Chávez schools. - Multiple student‑discipline expulsions (items B9, B13, B15, B16 and others) were moved and approved as recorded on the agenda.
