Public Works Committee-sponsored standard license agreements with Western New York & Pennsylvania Railroad LLC (Intro 186-26 through 189-26) authorizing county entry on railroad lands to install stormwater and sewer pipes in the town of Friendship and authorizing reimbursements to Railtech LLC for document preparation were offered and approved by roll call.
Auditor totals were read aloud (general fund $1,665,338.60; payroll and taxes $1,366,849.59; capital fund $304,377.31; other funds $854,896.37; grand total $4,191,461.87). A motion to approve the audit passed on roll call (13 ayes, two absent).
