940 Lawson Road: Brenda Blask Lewis (Centerline Communications), representing AT&T, told the board a wetland delineation by Cossage Engineering has not yet been completed and the report is pending. A board member moved to table 940 Lawson Road until the wetland delineation and report are provided; the motion passed by voice vote.
4455 Genesee Street: Staff reported that the amended plan mostly retains prior placement but expands a footprint by roughly 4 feet in one direction and removes two or three parking stalls; staff and the board concluded parking remains adequate. With no applicant present, the board reviewed the planner'019s comments, compared the previous approval and the amended plan, then voted to approve the modification.
2370 Walden Avenue (Hunter Truck): Dave Schutt (William Schutt & Associates) and Mark Wino (Hunter Truck) presented a plan to add 111 parking spaces, repave an existing gravel area, install a six-foot solid fence for screening and add a shallow detention basin with underground storage to manage runoff. The board moved and approved the site plan.
The board adjourned after completing votes.
