City Clerk Claudia Edisfold presented both items, confirming that all required notices were published and that the city had not received public comments in advance. The temporary-noise permit was evaluated under municipal code standards for temporary disturbances and the liquor-license renewals were carried with no changes to the licenses on file.
Both motions passed by voice vote; staff will process the permits and renewals per standard administrative procedure.
