A public hearing on a site-plan review application from Beerford Design on behalf of Stone Bluff Property Holdings LLC (two contractor-storage buildings and site improvements on Yeton Road) was continued to the Planning Board’s April 16 meeting at the applicant’s request. Staff confirmed the application had been accepted as complete and reminded the applicant that the statutory 65-day review window is running from acceptance; the next business meeting on April 16 is the last hearing date that falls within that period unless the applicant and board mutually agree to an extension.
The applicant also has a related zoning-board special-exception hearing scheduled; staff said the Conservation Commission has been reviewing the application and that the board will expect any commission input at the continued hearing. With few members of the public attending in person, the board left the hearing open to allow public participation at the continuation.
The continuance was moved, seconded and approved; staff recorded the continuation date and will prepare materials for the April 16 meeting.
