Committee members noted that the state aid requires a new position in order to receive the funds and that county departments are responsible for coordinating assisted outpatient treatment under the Mental Hygiene Law. A job description, duty statement and guidance were included in the meeting packet, Johnson said, and the committee moved and approved the amendment without recorded roll-call tallies in the public transcript.
