Commissioners also clarified that the two parcels would function as a single development lot though they may remain separate tax lots. No construction was proposed at the hearing. A motion to approve the conditional use permit following the staff recommendations passed by voice vote.
The approval clears the way for property acquisition and future planning; required permits and utility connections, if any, will be addressed when and if the church proposes specific building plans.
