Commission sets timetable for consolidated draft and public outreach after May 12 work session

S1 said county representative Kevin Smedley and a municipal law firm will review contested legal language.
S3 (staff) confirmed the logistics and S1 described an outreach idea: printed posters showing goals and actions at which members of the public can place stickers or otherwise indicate priorities. The commission asked staff to prepare the materials and to schedule a public meeting at the next regular meeting on May 19.
The meeting adjourned at 9:10 p.m. after a motion and voice vote. Staff is tasked with circulating the consolidated draft and confirming the schedule for public outreach.
