Del City Board of Adjustment denies variance for taller patio walls at 3000 Chitwood Drive

The Del City Board of Adjustment voted to deny a building code variance request for 3000 Chitwood Drive on May 11, 2026.

City staff told the board the applicant, identified in the application as Brandon Batt, asked to allow 10-foot-high walls on a covered patio.
