Rocka said the business anticipates eight full‑time employees and aims to open as soon as approvals allow, with a target around Jan. 1.
There was no public comment at the hearing, and council members expressed support for the project, noting it doubles the petitioner’s facility size and could increase business levels in the next 12–18 months. Councilwoman Hogue moved and the council approved the special use.
