DEPEW, N.Y. — The Depew Village Board took a series of routine and legislative actions at its March 9 meeting, including adopting a local law authorizing an override of the state property tax levy limit and scheduling budget and reorganization public hearings.
The board read and adopted local law number two of 2026, which the transcript identifies as a law authorizing the village to adopt a budget for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2026 with a real property tax levy in excess of the limit in General Municipal Law §3‑C.
