The Stonecrest City Council unanimously approved a construction agreement and easement allowing installation of electric‑vehicle charging stations at the Browns Mill Aquatic Center.
Deputy City Manager Michael McCoy and project representative Mr. Harry briefed the council that the site is city‑owned and that the construction agreement mirrors a previously approved Eastman site agreement. With council approval the mayor will sign the documents and staff will issue notice to proceed to Georgia Power to begin construction and power work.
Council voted 5–0 to approve the agreement and easement.
