City staff described the easement as necessary to service the business. The public hearing opened and, with no members of the public wishing to comment, the hearing closed. A motion to approve (recorded as 2025 TAC 398) was made and seconded and adopted by voice vote.
No substantive public testimony was received on the easement and staff will proceed with the administrative steps necessary to record the easement.
