Committee members confirmed that a mailer to targeted gateway landowners will go out imminently with some wording changes to avoid calling out specific applicants by name. The committee also discussed organizing a landowner workshop later in the year to introduce KOAC and the application process to potential applicants.
Next steps: staff will continue to refine and update the spreadsheet, distribute the imminent mailers, and follow up on planning a landowner workshop for prospective applicants.
