Council approves consent agenda, including March 21 Move and Groove road closure

Dr. Kelly described Move and Groove as a morning walk and exercise route through downtown (West Fourth Street, Cherry Street, Second Street and back around East Park), beginning about 7:30 a.m., with stops to highlight historic structures and a light breakfast at the museum afterward. The road closure was authorized from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for the Main Street coordinator.
The approved consent items also included the city clerk’s minutes for Feb. 13 and Feb. 17, 2026.
