The items taken on the omnibus agenda included approval of the Feb. 16 regular meeting minutes; a report to receive and file town expenditures for payment as of Feb. 25, 2026; an ordinance authorizing publication of a zoning map; a resolution awarding a bid for water-main and service-line materials to Ferguson Waterworks of DeKalb, Illinois; a resolution authorizing a facility-use agreement with Flex Bus, Inc. for use of Uptown Station as a transportation provider; and a resolution authorizing execution of a joint funding agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for the Chitix Junior High School safe-routes/shared-use path project.
The chair asked if any council member wished to pull an item; none did. A motion and a second were made; roll call recorded affirmative votes and the omnibus agenda was approved. The council later received public comment and, after brief council remarks, a motion to adjourn passed by roll call. The meeting adjourned at 7:31 p.m.
