At its meeting the Millington Municipal Schools board approved a series of budget and procurement actions covering nutrition equipment, a strategic plan, paving and technology programs.

Key actions approved by recorded roll call votes included:

- Acceptance of a donated Ford F-250 from the city for maintenance and grounds use; the vehicle will require some engine work but was presented as more cost-effective than a new purchase.

- Contract with UDT to serve as the district internet-service provider for 2026–27 (listed price $254,000 annually, with an anticipated 90% rate reduction to $25,800), cited as improving network resiliency.

- Release of end-of-life Chromebooks to the graduating class of 2026 after factory reset and removal of prior restrictions.

Each motion was put to recorded roll-call vote and carried. Several items included brief operational clarifications (which equipment will be reused, storage plans for moved equipment, expected fabrication lead times).
