Planning staff said the parcel, in the Clever area, is consistent with the county's future land use map and surrounding dispersed residential and agricultural uses. Staff noted the property has frontage on Hidden Valley Road, is served by a private well and septic and would follow the Common Two Road District and highway department review for any changes to access. Stormwater, groundwater and traffic impacts were not expected from the rezoning itself, and the Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval.
Commissioners moved, seconded and approved the rezoning by voice vote.
