Measure MM update: Brad Oaks plan moves to DSA review; aquatics concepts due

District consultants updated the board on Measure MM projects and wider facility work.
Jay Dixon of Dixon & Associates said the team recovered archived California Division of the State Architect (DSA) plans for Brad Oaks and completed a site survey; staff planned to submit to DSA in early June and have sought verbal confirmation of possible expedited review. "We have a project tracking number so DSA is... we have a site survey complete... and we're looking at a little under two weeks so just about two weeks from now submitting to DSA," Dixon said.
Consultants also described progress on a proposed aquatics project (conceptual designs and a rough order-of-magnitude cost estimate due in the next weeks) and district site infrastructure and code-compliance assessments. Staff said they are populating state eligibility and accountability software to determine Prop 2/modernization matching and compiling historical Measure MM project records to support cash-flow analysis and state funding matches.
Trustees asked for timely communication to principals and families once a project timeline is finalized and staff said they would share updates with site administrators for parent notification.
