The board took a roll call vote on the item; Vice Chair Diaz, Treasurer Dupont, Commissioner Sermo, Commissioner Maldonado, Commissioner Wneski and Chair Jane all voted "Yes."
Outcome: Item 36 approved. The law department and procurement staff will proceed with disposition consistent with the authority's rules and any required public‑notice steps.
