Public commenters urge phone-system fix and raise allegations about code enforcement
Summary

Council and staff acknowledged ongoing work to replace the system and said technicians were on site the day of the meeting; staff committed to post a notice and update residents when the work is complete.
Both comments were part of the public participation period; no formal council action was taken during that item. The council thanked the speakers, and staff agreed to follow up on the phone-system issue.
