The board celebrated Needham’s accreditation notification received Feb. 18, described as an extensive, multi-year effort that strengthens standard procedures and documentation. Staff said program-management work plans and fiscal reports are underway for FY27 planning; current confirmed SAFE 2.0 funding for the district is $325,000/FY27 but longer-term funding depends on state budget outcomes.
