Student tells board high‑school parking lot is '"pure chaos"', cites safety and lateness concerns

Paul asked the board to consider simple, immediate steps such as clearer signage directing parents away from the student lot and adding traffic control (staff or police escorts) during arrival so buses and students walking or biking are not endangered. Board members responded that signage and at least temporary measures should be considered and that they would look for the district’s traffic study and follow up on quick mitigations.
The board took the comment during the public‑comment portion of the meeting and asked staff to check existing signage, traffic‑control options and the prior traffic study referenced by members.
