"If we bring it in, you bring it in and just have it here for everybody," one board member said in discussion about stage placement and weekend use. Board members also noted a possible tradeoff: not having a 40x60 beer tent could free funds to help pay for the stage, and a covered stage would make programming less weather‑sensitive.
