The Paducah City Planning Commission voted to adopt a resolution approving a revised final subdivision for property located at 5345 and 5435 US Highway 60 West.
Mr. Summers summarized the revision and said the primary change reduces the number of lots from six to five and that lots fronting U.S. Highway 60 would be slightly larger; he also told the commission a recorded ingress/egress easement is required to serve Track 2 and connect to Harris Road before final plat signature.
Commissioner Griffin moved to adopt the resolution approving the revised final subdivision; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call with Commissioners Griffin, Rhodess, Benberry and Chairman Wade recorded as voting 'I.' No opposing votes were recorded in the transcript.
Staff noted Lot 1 on the revised plat is intended for a new McDonald's and that the plat will be brought to the chairman for signature once the required easement is recorded.
Representative quote
"The primary difference between the current plat and the revised plat is to reduce the number of lots from six to five," Mr. Summers said when describing the revision.
Next steps: staff will obtain and record the ingress/egress easement that connects Track 2 to Harris Road and then present the plat for signature.
